Books must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, tags,
and accessories.

Authorization (RA) number.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the return to the address provided with the RA number.
3. Refunds:

received.
4. Damaged or Defective Books:
